Single room in a house of 3 room is available for male in Tai Po Tsai from the start of January. The start date can be discussed if interested. It is near Tai Po Tsai bus stop, 10-minute walk from HKUST.
The room is on the 1st floor. Two rooms are already occupied, both are from mainland china. Monthly rent of 4200 Hong Kong dollars, no intermediary fees, but not including water and electricity. A two-month security deposit will be needed.
Some aunts clean up every week (the cost is already included in the monthly rent)
