客服主任 / Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
 Handle the enquiries and provide the excellent after-sales service to the customers by online and telephone
 Report the enquiries and requests of the customers to the supervisors and related departments
 Ensure the system is operating normally and provide the appropriate suggestions to improve the system
 Review and maintain customer's opinions and data
 Handle the complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:
 Basic computer skills and Chinese typing stills
 Fluent Putonghua and excellent Chinese writing skill, good command in Cantonese and English is a plus
 Hard working, dependable, patient, flexible and clarity of mind
 Excellent communication skill and team work
 Shift duty, Bank holidays, night shift is not required
 IANG is welcome *

 Clear utterance, ability to express and communicate in words
 Initiative learning attitude and enthusiasm for customers oriented
 Earnest attitude, team work spirit, responsibility and able to work under pressure

 First three months will be the training periods and the fixed basic salary will be adjusted after the training to 12-18K per month

 確保客服功能正常運作,適時提出改善建議
 記錄和統計客戶的意見、數據
 專業處理客戶投訴
 職位要求:
 懂基本的電腦操作及中文打字
 流利的普通話及中文書寫能力,良好的粵語及英語會優先考慮
 認真工作、踏實守時、頭腦靈活及思維清晰
 優秀的口頭表達能力及團隊精神
 輪班輪休,享紅日銀行假期,無需夜班
