单间的价格是5500 HKD/月。如果你决定要住这个单间，要签合同，并交11000 HKD订金（退房时会还），合同期限是今年10月到明年8月，所以是长租。

The room has an air-conditioner, a washing machine, a bed, a desk, a wardrobe. There are bus stop and a 7-11 store near the apartment. It is a very great apartment!
The rent of the room is 5500 HKD/ month. If you want to rent the room, you need to pay for a deposit of 11000 HKD for rent (it will return to you when you leave), and you have to sign a contract. The contract is from October this year to August next year, so it is a long lease.
