Good luck!
He has been doing this for years and people rarely get the deposit money back.
Please just recognize this shitty face and never accept his offer.

I am also a victim... 3 years ago. Really hope one time people will collect enough evidence that the police could do something to him.

毕业一年回来再看，发现Marco还在骗人。他2010年开始骗学生一直骗到17年，骗过学生无数，却没人能够将他绳之以法，深感惋惜。

一定要用法律手段将他绳之以法

今天下午五点半左右在学校火鸟旁边的保安中心门口看见这个人了，看起来还在科大继续做他的生意。

我于2014年入住Marco的套房，至今2019年住了五年。因为工作延期，退了房我需要逗留科大多段时间，Marco照顾旧房客，推了新准租客，并迁就我逗留期间长短，弹性租期再租给我了我。这五年内，使我回忆起：
2016年，我还来不及告诉Marco浴室玻璃窗破了，他看到后过二天就安排更换了。
住了两年，装修不算旧，Marco替我整套房油乳胶漆翻新。
五年内的租期都以一年一年续签，租金有升有跌，感觉到Marco的说话和处事弹性。
我认识的Marco很有个性，爱恨分明。当他视你为朋友时，会尽力帮你。他帮了好几位科大生找工作了。例如Life Science Divison的黄同学。也见到Marco因为小事把租客告上法庭。幸好我和Marco相处的五年，大家都视对方为朋友，到远方多位更胜过少位朋友。如果我的朋友找房子，我会推荐Marco的房子。
