Personal Assistant Wanted - for an Asset Management Professional
Hi there,
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible professional to work as a part time PA for an asset management professional. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for some extra part-time work, whilst either pursuing his or her own studies or profession.
The work varies, and works in the following way: Tasks are given on an ad-hoc basis; then time and duration of completing the task will be discussed. There is plenty of flexibility with the schedule. Fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.
How you will contribute:
• Usually up to 4-6 hours a week, occasionally less
• Responsibilities:
IT: Online Research, Completing Spreadsheets, downloading/transferring files, printing and photocopying
Chores: Helping out with deliveries, day-to-day chores, such as mobile phone contracts, searching through the real estate market, booking flights and travel arrangements
Other: There may be various other tasks coming up, however you will always be given notice and asked if this is something you can accomplish
What you can expect:
• 70 HKD/h
• Advice on future career and/or job interview practice
• A reference from a high level professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, asset management and academia
