帮我的希腊师弟招租，康城单人间四月一号可起租
室友一个希腊博士，一个马来西亚博士，一个塞浦路斯的科大博后，人都很nice，希望学习英文学习不同文化，练习英文的人可以考虑。
以下是他写的房屋介绍，简单说就是单人间小方间，和另外三个人共用一个洗手间，主卧人有单独洗手间，床柜子床垫均有。

Single room available in LOHAS Park (Le Prestige), Tseung Kwan O, in a new, clean, and very nice 4-Room apartment.
The room is on the 56th floor with an amazing view (no many buildings around) equipped with an air-conditioner.
The tenant of this room will share two bathrooms with other two tenants of the apartment (the 4th tenant has its own independent bathroom in a master-bedroom).
I will leave everything in the room after I leave: two mattresses, one IKEA closet, 3 pillows, two blankets, some sheets and towels.
The room is available for (preferably) long-term rent starting from (around) 1st of April.
No agent fees.
Rent: 5200HKD.
Guest Access: WiFi, 2 Air-conditioners, Fully furnished and equipped kitchen, Cookery utensils, Microwave, Washing & Drying machine
