It's a two bedroom apartment,with a balcony, approximately 60 m2,
It's all furnished, very clean and neat. plenty of light and nicely located.
The price is 9500 hkd for the whole apartment, very competitive price in Tai Po Tsai for such apartment
The apartment will be available from 15th January to the 15th of June.
We are currently living in it, but will be leaving late December, for our exchange.
You would be signing a new contract for 5 months, it's not a sublet.
