I am HKUST alumni. I have a 698 ft² 2-rooms newly renovated flat to let (包全部家电/Furniture，1月1日可入住, very new private estate with club house including swimming pool, gym room, sauna room, badminton/tennis court, a restaurant, study-rooms, kids playing-room etc ). 10 minutes mini-bus from Hang Hau ( 坑口 MTR). $14,000 per month (can be cheaper for HKUST students/staff/scholar), no commission 免佣金. Flat is on 35 floor with nice open lake view.
